Frequently asked questions
Do I need a payment method to start?
No. Creating your account starts a 30-day free trial with no payment method. The free trial is offered once per owner, so an email address or phone number that already had a trial starts on a paid plan instead.
How do I pay for a plan?
Choose a plan in Billing and pay securely online through PayMongo by credit or debit card, GCash or QRPh. Your plan activates automatically as soon as PayMongo confirms the payment, with no proof to upload. DinkPOS never sees your card details.
What happens when my free trial or subscription ends?
Your records are never deleted. When a paid period ends you get a 7-day grace period with full access. After that, or when a free trial ends without a plan, premium features and adding courts, staff or branches pause until you subscribe or renew, while existing bookings, live sessions and POS selling continue so you can honor reservations.
Is my customers' money mixed with my DinkPOS subscription?
No. Payments from your customers for court bookings go to the payment methods you set up yourself (GCash, QRPh or bank transfer); DinkPOS does not hold them. Your DinkPOS subscription is a separate payment to MCC Softwares.
Can I change plans?
Yes, from Billing at any time. An upgrade starts as soon as your payment is confirmed, and the unused time on your current period is credited. A downgrade is scheduled for the end of your paid period, and you can withdraw it before then. If you are over the new plan's limits, nothing is deleted: you just cannot add more until you are within them.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel from Billing and you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. Changed your mind? Withdraw the cancellation before that date and your subscription renews as usual.
